Make a Request for Services
You can access CFEC’s services on your own by submitting a Request for Services. You can do this for yourself or on behalf of a family member, such as a child.
Make a Request for Services by completing our online form
To make a request online, please use the following link. Please note, this form is hosted via a third party (Microsoft) using a Canadian data centre. We securely control the data collected in the form, but not any extraneous information collected by the host such as cookies, analytics, etc.
Submitting a Paper Copy Request for Services
To submit a paper copy of the Request for Services form, you will need to print it and provide it to CFEC’s reception. This can be done in person or by mail.
Submit in Person
You can complete and submit a Request for Services in person at CFEC, located at 1-486 Birch Ave, 100 Mile House, BC. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with the process. Please be advised, depending on provincial communicable disease prevention measures, requirements such as wearing a face mask and maintaining physical distance may be in place for everyone who enters the premises.

What to expect after submitting a Request for Services
Once we have received your Request for Services, you will be contacted within 10 business days by an intake worker. The intake worker will help you through the intake process, which includes preparing for and connecting to the most appropriate services.
